Technical Drawing is the international language of technology. It gives students a unique way of communicating. It imparts the ability to imagine and mentally manipulate spatial forms. Students present their ideas and solutions in the form of drawings.

Technical Drawing is taken as a senior cycle subject at Coachford College. Students would normally have taken technical graphics for their junior cert and develop these skills further. 

The drawing rooms are purpose built in the new extension with all the necessary facilities for drawing. The intense practice in all aspects of technical drawing provides students with excellent opportunites in their leaving cert examination and beyond. TO BE UPDATED WITH DCG
