Geography

Geography is the study of people and their relationships with their environment. It is concerned with helping to develop an understanding of the physical, social and economic processes which shape that environment.

In Coachford College, geography is one of the core subjects at junior certificate level and is offered at higher and ordinary level. Geography is offered as an optional subject at leaving certificate level and again can be studied at higher and ordinary level.
